John A. Forsman

With a diverse financial background in the healthcare industry, John Forsman brings more than 30 years of experience to Physicians Regional Healthcare System. He currently serves as administrator for Medical Surgical Specialists, managing all operational and fiscal matters for the multi-specialty physician group.
Mr. Forsman held several leadership positions in finance with Community Medical Center in Toms River, New Jersey and also worked as the corporate senior vice president at Community/Kimball Health Care Systems in Lakewood, New Jersey. Prior to joining Physicians Regional Healthcare System, he served as the senior vice president-financial services at Saint Barnabas Health Care System in Livingston, New Jersey, the largest integrated health system in New Jersey.
He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration/Accounting from Monmouth College in West Long Branch, New Jersey.
His professional associations include the Healthcare Financial Management Association, National Association of Medicare Dependent Hospitals, The Healthcare Roundtable, New Jersey Hospital Association and Christian Brothers Academy.
