Scott Lowe
Chief Financial Officer
Scott Lowe brings more than 12 years of experience in Finance and Accounting to Physicians Regional Healthcare System, and serves as the chief financial officer for Physicians Regional Medical Center–Collier Boulevard.
Mr. Lowe most recently served as the chief financial officer of SurgeryPartners in Tampa, Florida where he was responsible for the company’s overall financial operations, including oversight of financial policies, financial planning and budgeting, the Central Business Office, and management of all financing activities.
He began his career in the managed care industry including several years with Neighborhood Health Partners and Blue Cross Blue Shield. He then served as the Director of Finance for Cleveland Clinic’s operations in Florida.
He holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the University of Miami, a Masters Degree in Public Health from the University of Texas, and a Bachelors Degree from the University of Virginia.
